It’s more affordable, has less traffic, and with great restaurants (that you can actually get in to), a thriving arts community, college sports, and wonderful natural areas to explore, there’s always something to do.” “Plus,” she adds, “it’s only a short two-hour drive back to the ocean and tidal creeks that raised me.” After 20 years in the travel business, Wendy has made the switch from helping people plan their dream vacations to helping people find their dream homes. Her own dreams include running a marathon, living in Paris for at least six months to perfect her fluency in French, and maybe, just maybe, getting her home to the condition she envisions it in her mind.
